Outdoor Day @ the New House

Ok so its not so new. We've been here for a month now, but hey, its the first good outside pictures I've got of them since we've moved!

I filled up the pool in hopes that I could get some much needed yard work done. I mean come on I have a poor hosta sitting here in an old dishpan still waiting to be planted!! Did you get that?? Its still waiting. Yeah I ended up having to sit there, right on the edge of the pool to supervise. Meaning not getting a shred of yard work done!!

Here's the ONLY two I have of both of them in the pool.

And that's because Jaycob would get in just long enough to get wet and then do this.....

He would start off on his car at the top of the driveway and go over the hose. Then he would turn it around and push himself off backwards down the driveway. Our drive is slanted just enough that he would go flying until he hit the grass.

Then he'd walk it back up and do it all over!!

Watch Your O's and T's

Jaycob's actual first purposeful letters. The O's on top are actual O's, not circles, he told me!
"No no circle no no MaMa!"
Then are the T's the one horizontal that crosses both is meant for just the vertical on the right, the small horizontal to the left crosses the vertical on the left. It does go all the way across, the pen just didn't write.

New Words as of Late

For both kids their vocabularies have expanded greatly in the last few weeks since Older Brother and Older Sister have been here.
Abygail has been repeating every word she finds interesting. Jaycob has been more on enlarging his phrases.

Ok I'm sure I'll add onto this later, but I suppose I should get my morning started!

Jaycob's Photography Debut

When I uploaded pictures this time around I was surprised to see about 9 pictures that I KNEW I didn't take!! I got to thinking about it and I DID have to take the camera away from him a couple days before hand. But I never thought he actually got the camera turned on. You see it was sitting where he could reach it because it needed batteries, I couldn't even get it to turn on the batteries were soooo dead! Obviously he got it turned on just fine and took these pictures of the downstairs bathroom!

JumpYard Again

And we went to the Jumpyard again when all of Daddy's family came in for a visit!!

Jaycob loves this particular spot. And here's Older Brother helping Abygail up some steps.

Wow! Two Weeks!

I can't believe its been two weeks since I've blogged! I've been contemplating blogging for the last few days (since I was harassed about it), but then I end up thinking I really should be hanging pictures or something else of that nature!

But here I am and tonight will be the start of me doing a lot of back dating again!!
