Watch Your O's and T's
Jaycob's actual first purposeful letters. The O's on top are actual O's, not circles, he told me!

Then are the T's the one horizontal that crosses both is meant for just the vertical on the right, the small horizontal to the left crosses the vertical on the left. It does go all the way across, the pen just didn't write.

ReplyDeleteI tried to get Elianna to write an "E" for her name. I pointed to the word "Elianna" and said, "That's Elianna!" She looked at me like I was an idiot and said, "That is NOT Elianna!" (Meaning, she was expecting me to have drawn a picture of her.) So I'm guessing she is not getting the whole letter concept just yet...
